Diesel Tuning required ?

I have a VW Transporter T4 1.9 D from 1994.

It needs to be tuned as its current top speed is 95kph !

Even though it has done almost 500,000km I am assured that it should still do 110/120 kph.

I recently had the fuel pump completely revised,but I think I may need the whole system to be fine tuned.

Does anyone know a reputable Diesel specialist that can help me,and do you know roughly what costs would be involved ?

In another topic you mentioned you had a fuel pump repaired by a VW dealer in Breda. I would go back to that dealer and let him fix it, since you should have warranty on the repair.
